My object hasn't moved since January 25!
Summary: ophelie* reports that her parcel from the United States, marked as "in transit" by La Poste, has been stuck since January 25. lingma85 advises contacting La Poste for more information. rougetnoir69 mentions a similar problem with a parcel sent to Italy. red71-2011 recommends being patient given normal shipping times and mentions road blockages in Europe as a possible cause of the delay.
My item bought in the USA passed through customs and then was released and logged with a La Poste tracking number as in transit. And since January 25: no news! What can I do? Here is the latest tracking update:

·2 years agoHello,
It’s not quite been a month yet, I think you can still wait a bit longer.
Coming from the USA, that’s normal shipping time.
I often buy things from there, standard shipping takes at least a month.
Registered mail or Chronopost takes between two and three weeks.
Don’t worry.
At best, check in with the seller.
At worst, open a dispute once the estimated delivery deadline has passed.
Have a nice day 😊

·2 years agoHello
I have the same issue with Italy, I sent a parcel, and it has been stuck since the beginning of February, and it isn't moving.
I made a complaint to the post office, and no news

·2 years agoHello,
Same advice as for Ophélie. Patience.
Moreover, all across Europe, there are road blockade movements linked to the farmers' movement. If in France most of them have more or less gone home, that is not the case elsewhere.
It's one of life's little mishaps.
