Hello,
I recently made a purchase.
The seller got the relay point wrong (he sent me a message to let me know, since we already have the relay point saved, that surprised me), and sent the package to another relay point, but it's a locker (which I never use).
So I need a code that I don't have anywhere: I didn't receive an MR text message (it seems to me that I don't get one when buying on ebay, at least I don't remember), the app doesn't help me either, and neither does my purchase tracking.
I sent a message to MR just in case....
Does it usually work out okay when you receive a package at an MR locker point through a purchase on ebay?

I'm having exactly the same problem: parcel arrived at the locker and available for pickup, eBay message to let me know it arrived safely. But no pickup number!
How did you resolve your problem?

Actually I had to contact the seller, I think he had put his number for the shipment so it was him who had the code

OP2 years agoThe little problem is that the package arrived according to MR tracking ... and apart from a basic eBay email saying it arrived at the locker.... nothing.
On the other hand, in my eBay order details, it says it’s "ready" with the pickup address still being the pickup point I originally wanted (not a locker).
And on MR tracking, it does indeed indicate the locker point where the seller sent it
