Mondial Relay Hermes
Summary: ben27140 expresses frustration about a package that has been stuck for several days between Mondial Relay and Hermes, bound for Germany. They ask for advice on whether it’s possible to claim a refund, since the buyer remains unreachable. *miss-tigri* advises checking the tracking via a specialized website and mentions that the parcel has probably crossed the border, suggesting they wait a little longer. ben27140 thanks them and points out that the expected delivery date has already passed, but wants to use the advice given to track the parcel.
I know you won’t be able to help me, but I just wanted to report it and complain!
My parcel was picked up from a Mondial Relay locker on 24/01, everything was fine until the Harnes site where it arrived on 28/01 and stayed there for 5 days!! Today, it is 04/02 and apparently it is at the Hermes site.... For your information, my parcel is supposed to go to Germany. Despite emails sent to Mondial Relay, nothing is moving. Can I claim a refund? Because my buyer no longer replies to me even after I explained that it’s not my fault..
What can I do ??? Thanks in advance

·1 year agoHello
Check the tracking on this site https://parcelsapp.com/fr
It is the Hermes carrier that handles deliveries in Germany, so your package has crossed the border. Patience, delivery shouldn’t be long now.
You will have the option to open a dispute when the estimated delivery date has passed.

OP1 year agoBut well... Delivery was supposed to be until yesterday lol.
On the Mondial Relay site, it says the package left Hermes, but on the link you gave me there’s nothing noted. But I’m keeping your link to track it, thanks again 👍👍
