Mondial Relay: international delivery
Hello everyone,
I can't seem to configure a Mondial Relay shipping condition for eligible countries (Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and Portugal).
For France, no problem, the buyer chooses their pickup point directly during the purchase.

You need to go to the section "other standard delivery method ".
There’s no problem for home deliveries, but for deliveries to pickup points (much more economical) it’s a source of misunderstanding.
It’s really a shame that Ebay doesn’t include this data because we would sell much more abroad.

Use the standard form to post your listings
Use the standard listing form | eBay
and then remember to link your eBay account to Mondial Relay (if that’s not already done..)------>

If possible, forget about the site’s delivery platform (too much hassle...)

Unfortunately, this only concerns France, which I don't have a problem with.
It's for Mondial Relay shipments to other countries handled by Mondial Relay that I can't manage to set up a shipment.

Quite simply because the Mondial Relay pickup point for other EU countries was never offered by Ebay (it is not in the shipping list), despite dozens of follow-ups over many years . It would have been simpler but oh well ....
For international delivery choose Economy shipping : Other economy international shipping, and in your descriptions indicate that it is Mondial Relay, then with each sale you will have to ask for your buyer's pickup point .
Why make it simple when you can make it complicated ....
