Good evening, I tried yesterday and this morning, same problem as the one you described, moreover the parcel was supposed to be sent by Mondial relay and when it comes time to pay the shipment turns into colissimo, and there the price is no longer the same, is this a bug or is there some issue with Mondial relay?
So I had to go directly through the Mondial relay site, and shipping at €5.40 instead of €3.99!!!
I’d really like a direct response from Ebay, thanks in advance

"I'd really like a direct response from eBay" = to get one, you'll need to contact customer service...
Ebay sales export directly to Mondial relay no longer works!
The "I accept" click no longer works!
Result: you can no longer get a QR code (on your phone) and drop off your parcel at the relay point;
From now on, you have to print a label first (and therefore find a place equipped for that) and of course pay the shipping on the Ebay site, so more expensive with VAT.
It seems that the problem has persisted for 6 months.. but what is Ebay doing to fix it?
"It seems that the problem has persisted for 6 months" = it seems, given your 2 posts today, that you like to latch onto old threads (this one is from January, and deals with a different issue, let's not mix everything up).
And yet there’s no shortage of recent threads about the current bug, since Monday 10/03, among others:
Problems had, it’s true, already come up in September, then in December 2024, and again in March 2025, though it remains to be checked whether it’s the same source....
