Hello , I placed an order for an ink cartridge since October 4, 2025 and today is the 27th and I have not received my order . This is not normal because the invoice comes to 83 euros with shipping costs.
This is not serious at all . I receive a message from DHL telling me " Recipient not found when I have lived in this building for more than 10 years . It's theft . They don't take the trouble to look for the address . GPS still exists; it's a company based in Germany . It's serious

You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to report an item not received..
After this period, no further recourse is possible on eBay..
