tracking number
Hello
I'm not naturally suspicious, but the seller provided a tracking number that has nothing to do with my item, FedEx instead of La Poste registered letter
the seller tells me that it's a mistake
Is it possible for a seller to change the tracking info ??
I feel like I'm going to have a problem, despite buyer protection

if your seller admitted it was a mistake, did they give you the registered mail tracking number?
And to answer your question, they can perfectly well change the tracking number and put the correct one back.

OP1 year agoHello
thanks for your reply and of course he had a problem sending the package but he will do it without fail on Tuesday
and no he did not give me the tracking number
I saw on eBay yesterday that the same item (same photo) was being sold by someone else
and that person only had one positive review and it was my seller

for starters, there is nothing to stop a seller from having several accounts or several identical items
it is not necessarily a sign of fraud

OP1 year agoI agree except if these are the same concert seats that I had bought with the same photos
last week and that the same photo with identical seats

of course you're naturally suspicious, we don't know anything about where your seller lives or how it was sent, so wait until the deadlines are over and if you haven't received anything, you'll open a dispute with the site to get your money back

OP1 year agoHello
Thanks
I think I’d do that because the item wasn’t received and it’s being dragged out
