Hello I bought a similar item at auction; I thought to myself, great seller, 100% positive feedback for a private international UK sale in France after paying for the item I waited more than a week after several follow-ups for her to send something she eventually ended up doing apparently On the eBay info there was no progress on the shipping. On the generic international tracking it says sent and supposedly received today at 6 a.m. 8 days in transit without going through customs... anyway refund requested I’m waiting for the reply what bothers me is that I’d rather have the item I bought than the refund... especially when it’s an auction. I’m asking myself about respecting a sale and honoring it. what bothers me is if I get refunded and then see the item put back up for sale that would really be taking the piss especially when it’s an auction sale. what should I do?
