packlink, a scandal
I bought a Packlink label via Mondial Relay, the parcel got lost, and despite the insurance I paid for I have not been reimbursed for the amount sent and lost....what a total disgrace...everyone washes their hands of it, eBay flat-out asked me not to call them anymore, Mondial Relay doesn't want to know anything and Packlink they don't have customer service by phone like any honest company.....they are outright thieves!

I get the feeling you're a bit annoyed to the point of mixing everything up
I bought a Packlink label via Mondial Relay,
I had bought through the service offered by eBay, so Packlink, a Mondial Relay label
the way you operate, it's normal that everyone keeps passing the buck
your point of contact is Packlink, so that's the one you need to contact
next time, get rid of the middlemen, go to the Mondial Relay site and import your eBay sales

OP9 months agoNo satisfactory resolution ...eBay washes its hands of it, Mondial Relay too, Packlink is acting in bad faith and hiding behind its general terms and conditions that I supposedly didn't read.... all thieves, these companies are only there to take your money ...how do those people look at themselves in the mirror? they lose your package and you get the **bleep** and they couldn't care less even though you secured yourself in good faith by paying ......I had to call eBay 30 times, to the point they dared tell me they'd block me if I kept going

AI or not, if you multiply intermediaries, you multiply the risk of screw-ups
