Paid but not delivered
Hello, I bought an item and the amount has been debited from my account. Deliverable on July 23. No code or email received. I wrote to the seller. He tells me you did not pick it up.
No mail. Says: it was returned to me. Since then, nothing. I go on eBay and my order has disappeared. I asked the seller for a refund. Impossible to contact eBay simply - I have the eBay order confirmation. I don't know what to do. Thank you.
