Problem with the Mondial Relay delivery option
Good evening, for the past month I've been receiving Mondial Relay orders that I can't accept because when I enter the weight, width, length, and height normally the eBay page should give me the delivery address, but there the eBay page gives an error every time, so no shipping address.

Don't use packling, but go directly to the Mondial Relay website, log in, and then you'll find the instructions for importing your sales. It's also simpler: no need to enter length, width, etc.; the weight is enough.

While waiting for the issue to be resolved, go directly to the Mondial Relay website and import your sale. You’ll benefit from the same rates as with packlink.
