Problem with package status
Hello everyone,
I made a transaction on eBay and picked up my purchase from a Mondial Relay Locker. Seller was impeccable, everything is green on the Mondial Relay site, which clearly shows the pickup day and time.
But when I look on the eBay site, it is indeed waiting for a hand-delivery confirmation, but I absolutely can't see where I can confirm that this handover did take place.
If someone can help me, that would be much appreciated.

I don't understand how the seller could have made a shipment via Mondial Relay so that afterward the site asks me to confirm an in-person handoff....That's where the problem is. The confirmation should have been automatic when I entered the Locker code. I didn't receive any code for "in-person handoff," just the Locker code, and I have no way to confirm that I did indeed pick up the parcel since Mondial Relay marks it as "delivered".

If the transaction was made with in-person handoff, you received a code during payment, a code to pass on to your seller to validate the transaction:

well, he made a shipment, hand delivery is hand to hand
it’s not the same wording, so you will never find the confirmation in the case of a shipment
