Customs issue

Hello, I bought some Australian PAL version N64 games.
And the tracking for the item shows that it has been at French customs for 4 days with the detailed note: Held by customs - "This item couldn't be cleared for delivery within the destination country."
So what am I supposed to do? I already had to pay an extra 20% tax on the purchase for shipping to France + nearly $80 in shipping fees, so I don't understand why they're holding the package.

Wait: 4 days for customs is nothing in terms of processing time...
And if by chance you’re asked to pay VAT a second time upon delivery, you can then request a refund from eBay:
