Problem buying the delivery slip

Hello,

I can't manage to use the shipping label service. Whether I choose PayPal or credit card payment to buy the label, it always tells me there's a problem with my payment method. Could someone help me?

The problem isn't new...

In the meantime, buy your shipping label directly on the carrier's website and enter the tracking no. on the eBay order.

No: you just need to link your Mondial Relay account to your ebay account and import the orders, then you'll get the same rates.
