Hello, I did receive the order, but it does not match what I requested: GelFixatif Fort (that’s what it says on the site
I received Hold styling gel, which has nothing to do with it... What should I do?

Yet, in the photo of the "Gel Fixatif Fort" that you bought, it clearly says on the bottle "Firm Hold styling gel".

So in what way does the product not match?

On the announcement, it is marked in bold: strong fixative, which is not the case.
Normally, strong fixative is super glue.

review the translation of "Firm Hold styling gel", because there, you'll have a hard time proving that the item is non-compliant if you did receive the one in the photo.

But of course, nothing is stopping you from giving it a try...
