Hello,
In the last two deliveries made by Colis privé, the goods disappeared and never reached me.
Knowing that these are second-hand products, it is clear that I will never find the same ones again.
As a loyal customer and wanting to continue buying on Ebay, is there a way not to go through this carrier in order to avoid having my purchases stolen from me?

Each seller gets to choose which carrier(s) they want to offer.
So stick to those that offer La Poste and/or Mondial Relay, and beware of mentions of "other shipping method" (find out before buying from the seller exactly what that means).
On the other hand, for purchases abroad, that’s almost impossible because you don’t know who will handle delivery within France (especially when going through GSP).
Bottom line, no miracle solution, apart from sticking to France and sellers who clearly state the carrier in the listing...

Just ask the seller....
