Hello,

I can't generate a shipping label because the recipient's address isn't compatible with the form.

It's an address in the United Arab Emirates. However, the form asks me to modify the address, but every time, it rejects the address. I can't edit the shipping label.

I don't have a postal code. There isn't one in the UAE.

The address format I have is: (it's anonymized)

First name Last name

Ras alkhaimah

Airport road

Pobox 12345, villa#123

United Arab Emirates

So, when trying to generate the shipping label, I get: Please correct the required fields to continue with the purchase, by clicking on « Modify »

Ras alkhaimah is the city

The post office box is common in the UAE.

But I can't validate the shipping label.

This is often the kind of address in the UAE. After that, I don't know if it's a scam or not. My contact knew the product well. But I had underestimated the relatively high shipping costs compared to other destinations. I preferred to cancel.
