I can’t find the negotiated mondial Relay 2024 international rates (the rates on their site are unreadable)

These are still the 2023 rates, though, and the 2024 "public price" rates have changed; I imagine the negotiated prices by eBay have too...

I think the rates are valid for one year, but all you need to do is run a shipping estimate to check...

I thought about it, but you can only import completed orders (sold items)
But I need this info to reply to a potential buyer, since the sale hasn’t happened yet

yes, that's what I did and that's indeed how I saw the increase. A 1,500kg parcel is charged to me at €9.90 instead of €8.10 on the chart you attached (public rates for August 2023)
Not easy to make sense of it 🥴
