I have a small problem with an order, I need to provide the tracking number to the customer, but I can't find the carrier France Express do you have any idea or tip please, I have already contacted the customer with the shipping taxes, but for ebay I need a solution if you can help me

Good evening @prestatic On the eBay order, just mark the indicator "item sent", and tracking should be communicated to the buyer via the messaging system (as you’ve already done). Best regards
