UPS not coming to pick up the package

Hello,

I made a sale on eBay, and I chose home parcel pickup via UPS.

I received an email from UPS saying "we have picked up your parcel - Picked up on Monday 01/27/2025 at 12:47"

Except the parcel is still here, right in front of me, in my hands!!! And of course I didn't see a trace of a delivery driver...

I'm stumped...
