MUCAR diagnostic scanner no. [Reference]
Summary: paulavoda is having a delivery problem with an urgently ordered automotive diagnostic case, marked as delivered when it hasn’t been. Despite contacting the seller and receiving a fake tracking number, no solution is being offered. frelonverre points out that the seller may not consider this emergency a priority and suggests looking for an alternative. jacquelinedu36 wonders why the purchase wasn’t made in France, given the delivery times. paulavoda hopes that eBay can step in to resolve the situation affecting a longtime member.
Delivery problem for an item ordered urgently (automotive diagnostic case ordered from [Pseudo]).
The item is shown as delivered by the carrier, which is false!
The problem was reported to the seller, who has no solution!!
He tells me to contact the courier, giving me a fake phone number!!!
And yet he arranged the delivery (which I paid for), and he has no other solution!!!!
I urgently need this case because I have to diagnose my vehicle before the inspection (deadline set for next week).
I asked for the item to be sent back immediately or for a refund so I could buy it in a store.
No response.
What do you do when the seller, even after being chased up, goes silent?
Can't Ebay intervene?
Is the buyer covered when they do not receive the item they paid for from a careless seller?
I've been an Ebay member for 20 years with 100% positive feedback and this is the first time I've had this kind of problem.
I’m counting on ebay to help me resolve it.
Thanks in advance

the delivery times are very long
I asked for the item to be sent back immediately or for a refund so I could buy it in the store.
Why not have bought this suitcase in France

I urgently need this case because I have to diagnose my vehicle before the technical inspection (deadline scheduled for next week)
it would have been wise to plan ahead, your urgency with a seller is not their priority
go to a dealership

then if you bought in the US, since they are subject to GSP (multiple carriers), you won't have any tracking, so you can only open a dispute once the delivery date has passed, so forget about the urgency and look for a Plan B
