Hello, I recently sold an item at auction to someone who is in Belgium, but I did not approve any shipping fees for Belgium, only for France, so there is no payment because there is no invoice for the buyer. What can I do?

Then... given the small difference between Mondial Relay's France rate and Belgium's...
you ship directly
- you link your eBay account to Mondial Relay's... ----> Send your eBay orders with ease - Mondial Relay
and so you benefit from the eBay discount...
- and above all, you avoid eBay's delivery platform.
2) - or another solution------->
- cancel this order ( Cancel an order as a seller | eBay )
- relist the item with the correct shipping fees and ask the buyer to place the order again after sending them the URL of your listing....
You can't change the shipping fees once a listing has been purchased. (also valid in France----> Update your shipping options | eBay )
