Hello community,
I sold a porcelain set and, as a precaution, I put everything in 2 packages. After printing the shipping label, I realized that the shipping costs are higher than I had expected.
So I’m offering my buyer to hand over the 2 packages to her in person (I’m traveling to her area next week and I’ll make a detour).
How do you change the delivery method once the shipping label has been issued (and set up with UPS standard) when I want to hand my buyer her purchase in person?

It’s impossible to change a transaction with shipping into a transaction with in-person handover (and vice versa) = the 2 processes are totally different.
Without a tracking number with confirmed actual delivery by the carrier, you won’t be able to get paid... and we’re talking about €320 after all
So you need to cancel and redo the sale with local pickup: the buyer will then have a code to give you during the meeting, a code that proves the item was handed over.

As for the shipping label you already paid for, you can get a refund for it.
