For 1 month, I have been getting fake reviews, probably from a competitor, so fake orders.
I know these are parasitic attacks, because all the mobile phone numbers, unsurprisingly, are not assigned; for example, in an unfair review the person says they did not receive the parcel when the parcel was picked up via Mondial Relay and as you know, you need an ID card to collect the parcel.
I reported the review to eBay, but it has still been there for 2 weeks; I absolutely need to remove this review, could you please tell me the steps to take.
