Identity card rejected from every possible angle
Hello,
after selling on the ebay site I realized that the funds were blocked because I was asked to upload my ID card, but there’s no way to get it validated, it gets rejected every time, even though it hasn’t expired, I’m not exceeding 4 MB, I have the right photo format and in color, has anyone ever had this problem?

OP3 years agoWell, I don't really know, after sending my ID card more than 10 times with no result I went to bed and the next day when I woke up it was sorted out

I'm sorry to hear that you're having a bad experience with identity verification.
I invite you to check that the information on your eBay account matches your ID card.
Also check that there is no light reflection and that all the information is clearly legible.
The document also needs to be fully visible (The edges must not be cut off in the photo.).
