Indochine CD
Summary: ede4699 recounts a frustrating experience with eBay following the sale of an item that was returned because of an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Although the buyer was refunded, ede4699 is told that he will be charged, without having received any funds. francexpressdeal advises contesting the decision using eBay's guarantee policy, while frelonverre seems to criticize the clarity of the explanation and the threat to file a complaint over a low-value shipment.

if the address provided was incorrect, the buyer is no longer covered by eBay's guarantee :
https://www.ebay.fr/help/policies/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy/rglement-de-la-garantie-client-ebay?id=4210&st=3&pos=3&query=R%C3%A8glement%20de%20la%20Garantie%20client%20eBay&intent=protection&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1238#specialcoverage-inr
Challenge eBay's decision by highlighting this point.

yeah but reread the thread; I sold an item
and further down; both me and the seller filed complaints
anyway, what is clearly understood is clearly stated
I warned them I’d file a complaint if it comes to that
file a complaint for a CD sent by tracked letter !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
