how to contact eBay?

Hello,

How do I contact EBAY to ask them why the ratings given and received no longer appear on our purchased items in our "my ebay" pages since last week? This information is important for the buyer (which I am) as well as for sellers, I imagine?

signed, a loyal EBAY buyer for 20 years, but not very tech-savvy.
