Requirement for buyers
Summary: A participant expressed difficulties with bidders being blocked by "required conditions" on eBay. koalagris explained that these restrictions depend on the settings defined by the user and suggested contacting customer service to resolve the issue. Several participants recommended checking and, if necessary, changing the blocking settings. francois-o also advised contacting customer service through the site for help. Another contribution advised presenting the problem calmly and in detail.

·3 years agoGood evening...
Please write in French, calmly, and explain your problem with all the technical details of the procedure that didn't work, instead of shouting without explaining anything, and with screenshots if possible.
And if you don't understand anything on the site and don't know how to contact customer service, well, close your account^^
Because we can do without your shouting in all caps...

Hello @marcopolo.67 ,
I’m sorry to read that you’re having a bad experience on eBay.
As mentioned previously, check whether you have applied any blocks to your listings.
I invite you to contact customer service so that this can be looked into in more detail.
To do this, go to the bottom of our help page and click on => Contact us.
Choose the option that suits you best and an agent will call you.

" this message required condition for buyers they can no longer bid "
2 words, that's a bit light as a message ...
In any case, as you've already been told, check the problem with customer service.

·3 years agoHi
Normally: the conditions that you have set in your account settings mean that eBay automatically blocks ALL members in this situation (example: 2 non-payments in the last 12 months), whether you know them or not.
If you no longer agree with these blocks, it’s up to you to change the required conditions on your account (or add the usernames of the members who complain about this, and with whom you agree to transact, to your list of buyers exempt from the required conditions).
In short: it really is you who are in control... nobody else...
best regards
