Warranty
Hello, I ordered a battery 6 months ago. Normally it's under warranty and I can't get hold of the seller. I went through eBay. They told me to fuck off. I wanted to know how you can go about getting a battery or else a refund. Thank you in advance

·1 month agoHello @moussnaitseghi0
There's nothing to expect from the site, their support response times have expired..
All that's left for you is the legal route---->
if your seller is a French professional----> registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.. demanding that they replace the defective battery or refund you according to your timeline... failing that, you will use the legal means available to you.
Let them know that, without a response from them, you will alert the DGCCRF in their region.
if the seller is a foreign professional or a private seller... give up.. it will be no use pursuing them, except to empty your wallet.
Regards
.

OP1 month agoOkay, thanks, I had understood. No one is replying to me, I send them messages and nothing at all, but that’s it, we can see them trying to badmouth eBay and then there you have it, we get scammed. Thanks a lot, have a good day
