Hello, I made a purchase on the eBay site. I did receive my package, however I would like to make a return but I can’t find any history of my orders.. even though I do have the summary emails of the purchases in my personal inbox, there is no trace of my purchase on eBay. I ordered a perfume, I looked at the buyer’s comments which were good, but I received water; however I can’t make any returns or even contact the seller

If that’s the case, in the future you’ll know that by not creating an account, you can’t benefit from all of Ebay’s features.
