Payment does not go through

A seller offered me deals on items I was watching. He made me an invoice to combine the shipping fees. The items are in the cart. Everything is fine.
However, when I click on "Confirm and pay", the button activates, seems to load, then the page stays the same and the payment does not go through.
I tested 3 payment methods on 3 browsers on my PC and my smartphone, the result remains the same.
Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?
