Policy on threats and offensive language

hello,

since this morning I can no longer send messages in response to my clients I get this message every time

Your message has been blocked because it contains potentially offensive language

even though I haven't written anything ?????????

do other people have this issue

Thanks Koalagris indeed by removing the word delay from the text it goes through however when I put nothing in the message I still have the same thing but well that’s less serious we rarely send an empty message
