Problem with my eBay listings

Shipping time
I am a seller and commit to shipping within 4 days, a deadline I always meet. Most of the time I ship within 2 to 3 days,
but I indicate 4 days to be sure I can meet the deadline in case of a large or fragile package...
For several months now eBay has shown on all my listings: Delivery time: Varies
Which of course is not reassuring for the buyer...
Impossible to change, I filed a complaint and sent an email to eBay, I received an absurd robot response congratulating me on being a good seller,
and nothing has changed! What should I do ???

I looked at about ten of your listings and for all of them I did have an estimated delivery time indicated.
How exactly did you become aware of this mention "Delivery time: Varies" ?
