problem verificationj identity document CNIE
Hello ,
for a few days now , I have been sending Ebay my ID through my account space and apparently , the red message on my account keeps coming back , I have no apparent reason why because there is no message from ebay but it seems that it is not being accepted !! what can I do , I upload the front and back of my valid ID ...thanks members !

OP1 year agoI am abroad, I don't know if I can give them a foreign number exceptionally?

·1 year agoNo: you are registered in France, so customer service will only call you back on the French phone number registered on your eBay account (under no circumstances on another number, even less so abroad).
You’ll have to wait until you’re back in mainland France to sort out the problem.
Besides, I recommend putting your account in “away” mode until you return (otherwise how will you ship the items if they find a buyer?).

·1 year agoOnly customer service can tell you what’s blocking it, so you’ll need to contact them from France; there’s no other solution.
