Abusive restriction of payouts
Summary: atlascinema expresses concerns about the unjustified freezing of its eBay account, affecting its business activity. Despite the tracking numbers being entered correctly, eBay is holding payments for a period of 170 days. frelonverre advises sending this evidence directly to eBay, and mentions that Packlink, although a shipping partner, does not handle shipments with eBay. francexpressdeal points out that the account status as a private individual and poor ratings could have triggered stricter scrutiny from eBay. atlascinema is considering changing its status after realizing this possible trigger for inspection.
They want proof of delivery (tracking number) even though it’s already on their platform, confirming delivery and approval from each customer.
I call, I send emails, nothing happens. It’s a significant amount of money, and if I wait, my business will be sunk because I can’t keep going while only paying charges and not receiving the money for 170 days.
What possible recourse do I have? Maybe a mediator?
Thanks

you say "I started a registered business a few months ago", but you are registered as an individual on the site.
And since you only sell new items in multiple quantities, that’s a problem...
On top of that, there’s the issue of the neutral and negative reviews you’ve received.

"Evaluations should not hold back payouts"
That's not what I said... I'm just telling you that a lot of things have caught eBay's attention, hence the checks.
And you should take a look at this site policy:

you’re weird, they’re asking you for the tracking numbers for your shipments, send them
packlink is a shipping platform (absolutely not reliable) and does not provide tracking with regard to ebay
so send the proof of shipment to ebay and then send it on the carrier’s website by importing your ebay sales

I told you how to make sure, you seem to think Packlink and eBay are the same company, but eBay has entrusted shipments to Packlink; that doesn’t mean it’s supposed to handle shipments
do whatever you want !!!!!!!!!!!!
