Synchronizing deliveries on Fastbay from Prestashop is causing problems
Summary: klink_pc is encountering a synchronization problem with delivery options between PrestaShop and eBay via Fastbay. Despite selecting only 'Colissimo' on PrestaShop, eBay also displays a 'free delivery by registered letter' option. klink_pc has not been able to resolve this issue and has already contacted Prestalia, who suggested closing and relisting the listings, although that does not seem to solve the current problem.

My synchronization of shipping settings on Fastbay from PrestaShop is causing a problem with eBay.
That is to say, on PrestaShop I only check colissimo, and when I sync with fastsync I get on eBay free shipping by registered letter and then my colissimo, even though I have not checked the “free shipping” box or “registered letter” ON my PrestaShop.
Yet when we look on my site, I do indeed have only my colissimo being offered. eBay alone adds the registered letter with free shipping.
Do you have any idea how to fix the problem?

Not at all and I contacted Prestalia once again.
The reply is as follows "If you have changed the names/values of the attributes, you will need to close and relist the ads on eBay.".
But that is not the case, because apart from changing the price or applying a promotion, I don’t touch the content of the product listing.
