Product synchronization on Fastbay from Prestashop is causing problems
Summary: lbda85 is having synchronization problems between Prestashop and eBay products. The two main issues are pricing, where some prices are not syncing correctly, and inventory management, which remains incorrect despite attempts to update it. Changes made directly on eBay are often overwritten by previous data during live sales on the site. Despite contacting Fastbay customer service, the solutions proposed do not effectively resolve the problems.

As indicated in the title, I have a synchronization problem between my Prestasop products and my eBay ones.
I should clarify that the eBay number is identical between Prestashop and eBay!
Let me explain the 2 main problems:
1/ Prices:
For some products, synchronization goes very well, while for others, as soon as I want to set a price, it doesn't work and the price on eBay stays fixed.
So I end up with a price in my Fastbay module that is different from the price shown on eBay.
2/ Stock:
After several months of use, I decided that stock should be updated automatically so I wouldn't end up with sales on eBay that I wouldn't be able to fulfill.
I therefore deleted the "quantity" value by leaving the box empty but, again, that doesn't work for all products and my stock levels are often wrong!
I know it's possible to modify a listing directly on eBay!
However, as soon as a product is sold directly on my site, the changes made directly on the eBay listing are removed and the values of the old stock and price take over!
I, of course, contacted Fastbay support but honestly I won't comment on the quality of their response, because apart from sending me back to tutorials, there were no real answers provided!
