Not all of my ratings are being counted

hello everyone
After many months of not using ebay, I recently came back with a few sales, and by the way, with each payment, I sometimes have to wait 2 weeks before getting my money, and this has been going on for 10 sales now, for which I received some great ratings.
What I don't understand is why ebay doesn't display my previous ratings, which date back to when I first created my account, even though the vast majority are positive next to my profile star?

You just need to use the filter on the right : sorting criteria "most recent".

well the fact is that it seems to me I had my pro seller info up to date and I sent my siret and kbis but I’m going to contact ebay to get help I probably didn’t do everything as I should have 🙂

"Sales preferences" and "Show information about the professional seller in listings"

for me it was the same thing
it was after about ten sales or a little more that the payments became fast
now within 48 hours the funds are in my account, at the beginning it was longer, 15 days and 3 weeks

In the case of a group purchase or sale, the ratings left only count for 1 point, which is why your total is 18.
