small issue with a member over a return
the buyer, who lives in Germany, wanted to return an item for a reason I found more than ridiculous, but I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it and I accepted the return right away.
however, the buyer tells me that he only wants to do the return through DHL (it costs 60 euros)
I smell a scam and tell him it’s too late and that I’ve already bought the label, which I’ll send him once I get back home.
no response from him, and an hour after I sent him the label, he brushes me off, saying he only wants DHL
so I did a little investigation and found him on Facebook, and surprise surprise, he works at **bleep**

there's something I don't understand, on eBay the return is at the buyer's expense, so what difference does it make whether it's DHL or Mondial Relay

whether you don't accept it or whether you accept returns for ebay, it changes nothing, they are the ones who decide and you comply with their decision because you accepted the rules when creating your account
