change in delivery method
Hello,
I posted an ad with hand-delivery mode.
A buyer validated the purchase, which closed the sale.
I would now like to change the delivery method to pickup via relay parcel.
Is it possible to change the delivery method when the sale is closed?

You can't... because the delivery method is different from the one sold...
Therefore, you need to cancel the current transaction and relist the item with shipping charges.
Contact your buyer to let them know about this change.. telling them that you're sending them the URL of the new listing so they can buy it right away.
You may risk losing this sale if the buyer is reluctant to agree to this cancellation followed by a new purchase ( while knowing that they are responsible for this change since they want the delivery modified...)
