Difficulty posting my ads online - The site plants then displays: "We searched everywhere
Summary: abtech_smart is having difficulty posting listings with a site that keeps crashing and showing an error message. They want to know if others have had this problem. koalagris suggests clearing the internet cache or using another browser, while making sure not to mix sessions from multiple stores. lingma85 thinks it’s a connection issue, suggesting using an Ethernet cable to strengthen the internet connection or reinstalling the eBay app on mobile. Both sides acknowledge that if customer service can’t resolve the problem, the situation could be difficult to handle between users.
Hello dear Sellers
I've been having huge difficulties putting my listings online lately
Indeed, when I want to post new listings, it regularly happens that at the end of the process the site freezes and I can't add any new listings.
When I try to go back to the home page there is a message saying "We searched everywhere"
The site can behave like this for 10 to 15 minutes before returning to normal, and then when I try to create a listing again it's the same problem
This is a really serious problem, I've already tried contacting ebay to fix it without success, and I encounter it on several stores.
Has anyone ever encountered this or already solved it, or could explain to me what it's due to?
Looking forward to exchanging
Best regards

·2 years agoHello @abtech_smart
Your issue suggests a connection problem between your machine and ebay...
- If you are using a PC...
This type of failure may come from your Internet connection; if it is too weak, it may prevent certain pages or certain elements from displaying correctly. If you are using a wifi connection, try connecting your computer to your Internet box with an Ethernet cable to see whether the problem persists. Otherwise, try turning off and unplugging, then plugging back in and turning your Internet box back on.
- If you are using a phone or tablet...
Also.., it may be that the mobile app has a fault... then you have to remove it and download a brand-new, clean one...
Using the eBay app | eBay
Otherwise @koalagris gave you another lead for cleaning up overloaded browsers...
Now, if Customer Service can’t do anything for you... it will be difficult, between users, to get to the bottom of things in your accounts since nobody has the tools to do it..
Kind regards

Have you tried clearing your internet cache or tried using another browser?
You’re talking about several stores: are you sure you’re using a different browser for each eBay account? Otherwise everything tends to get mixed up from page to page, even after logging out, and create “surprises” like this...
