for me there must be a simple rule that eBay absolutely has to add to the rules as an example
I received a negative feedback I had sold a ww2 us helmet with its liner unfortunately I had posted photos in one of my other liners I got my wires crossed as I still have about ten of them for sale from the 60s .the buyer contacted me with a rather aggressive email before talking to people to find out what happened , that’s sadly today’s world anyway , I admitted my mistake and refunded within the minute and sent the return label without waiting for the parcel to come back which I should not have done the buyer gave me negative feedback and said I was acting in bad faith I do not see where I am wrong , I no longer understand anything there was no sale there was a refund there was no dispute and eBay lets the negative feedback stay for me if there is no sale on top of that refunded and dispute resolved if there is a dispute = no feedback it’s not more complicated than that

I think that on eBay there is a spell checker and that you would do well to use it
