GetOrders does not return the phone number when the carrier is Mondial Relay | New Seller Space

I use the getOrders API to import new orders into my system. I need to import buyers' phone numbers. This phone number is used by Mondial Relay to announce that the parcel is available at the pickup point. However, when the order includes a shipment via Mondial Relay, this phone number is not included in the response: The XML file gives me only a single <phone/> tag, whereas the number appears correctly for any other shipment with another carrier.
