eBay dispute
Why does EBay more often side with the buyer?
I sold an item and the buyer disputed it by reporting the item as not as described.
EBay refunded the buyer and the seller kept the item.
The item was completely in line with my listing, but EBay doesn't want to hear anything and has closed the dispute.
What should I do?

by agreeing to sell on this site, you’ve also agreed to lose the right to judge whether what an opponent says is true or not, and that’s something a robot is saying, and depending on the way your buyer opens the dispute, the machine will close that dispute, if you don’t accept this system you need to sell on a site without secure payment or at flea markets
