MONDIAL RELAY to ITALY and GERMANY not delivered

Hello, issue with my MONDIAL RELAY shipments to ITALY (home delivery) and GERMANY (home delivery):
My ITALY, GERMANY parcels (home delivery) are stopped at the HARNES hub, then the scan ends. And this has been the case since the end of January. As a result, my parcels are shown as "NOT Delivered" and it puts my dashboard in error. Not to mention the risk of a refund. So I have 14 parcels awaiting resolution.
My complaints to MONDIAL RELAY go nowhere. Either by phone: I'm told that the parcel did arrive but I'm given no proof and the automated statuses are not corrected; and/or through the complaint form: I'm told that my parcel is in transit.
For your information, a parcel sent to Italy (home delivery) on March 3 arrived on March 9 at a relay point, and was scanned until it arrived.
