Good evening, I sold a TOSHIBA laptop, which was in perfect working order, it always worked well, problem with moved memory card, not allowing the WINDOWS 10 system to open; Today, the bad-faith buyer accused me that if the PC arrived in the state 'keyboard undone, one key removed", it was also because the box was smaller, whereas I put bubble wrap, I made sure that the PC was well secured in the box, moreover, during transport, it is neither the fault of the seller nor the buyer, now I am at an impasse, because the buyer is claiming a refund, which I understand, while the funds are blocked, I have not been paid, I paid the shipping costs, in short....he has the PC, I had suggested he remove a memory stick, so that the operating system restarts, he did not want to do anything, other than bark, in any case, I know that this PC is not defective...It's shameful to behave like that. We, sellers, are put at a disadvantage in the face of such stubborn behavior.

Be careful not to refund the laptop before it’s returned, otherwise the buyer will have both the item and the money..
Provide them with a return label as already said by frelonverre ..

as the seller you are responsible for your shipments, with the carrier only being the service provider, and you being the principal
