Hello, I thought EBay was a professional company and I’m surprised to discover the opposite. On December 9 at 4:14 p.m., an EBay agent assured me that everything was ok and that I didn’t have anything else to do about the parcel allegedly not received by the buyer. Indeed, the tracking number and the parcel delivery confirmation appear. So, trusting them (I regret it), I don’t worry about the emails I receive. I still call back and each time an agent gives me different information. After many calls, I learn that in fact I personally have to take the steps to provide proof of delivery in addition to the tracking number. Being informed of this too late by EBay, the dispute is ruled against me even though I had been assured of the opposite. EBay did receive the signed proof of delivery from the buyer but does not want to take responsibility for the bad information I received. I am asking for the unjustified decision against me to be canceled

·2 years agoI had the same problem: the parcel was received by Colissimo but eBay had to
refund the buyer who had opened a dispute. eBay told me that the
person had been refunded by her financial institution!!! But eBay had
pocketed its commission. I wrote several complaint emails and
eBay ruled in the buyer's favor, who kept my package and was
refunded 35 euros.
You're lucky to be able to reach them by phone because eBay
asks for a code and I was never able to get through to them.
