Hello, A buyer from Japan bought several items from me. I sent them by Happy Post and one of the items arrived broken. (I suspected there was a problem because the item was “stuck” for 2 weeks: parcel left France, and blocked in Belgium, tracking showing a problem). The buyer is asking for the item to be returned and refunded: that’s normal. Personally I would prefer a refund without return: I don’t want to pay a lot for a refund just to get back a damaged item). How should I proceed?
