Sort their listings by date added
Summary: hardware_actu_fr is having a problem with eBay: the "item number" column does not appear in the listings table despite the options being checked. One participant suggests contacting customer service. Later, hardware_actu_fr reports that the eBay team suggested sorting by "Date added" to work around the problem. However, eBay provided no explanation for the initial malfunction.
Hello,
I’ve been having an issue lately, eBay simply isn’t responding to my messages, which is why I’m asking on this forum.
Every morning, I usually check my latest listings to see if they’re attracting buyers.
However, lately, I’ve been unable to find the “item number” tab in the table of current listings.
In the “Customize table” options, the “item number” box is indeed checked, but the column does not appear in the table.
This prevents me from clicking on it and sorting by item number, and therefore by date added.
I’m a bit lost in the face of this situation 😕
If anyone has had the same problem or has a solution, I’d be interested.
Have a great day everyone!
Best regards,
Kevin

·8 months agoHello @hardware_actu_fr
there is a bug: whatever box you check, it is actually not taken into account in the "table".
The best thing to do in this case is to report the problem directly to customer service.

OP8 months agoHello,
The eBay team provided me with a solution.
You need to click on the "Date added" column; this lets you sort them by creation date.
