Hello everyone, I’m posting this message because I absolutely do not understand what is going on with my eBay payments, and I’d like to know whether other sellers have ever run into this situation. Until recently, everything was working normally. After my parcels were delivered, my funds were released about 2 days after delivery confirmation. My account is still in excellent standing: - about 600 sales made in 4 and a half months; - 100% positive feedback; - Top Rated Seller badge recently earned; - fast deliveries in 1 to 5 days with tracking. From one day to the next, I started noticing a change. In my payment history, it no longer said that the funds would be available 2 days after delivery. Instead, most of my sales simply show “Funds on hold,” with no date. Today, most of these orders have already been delivered to buyers. Yet eBay is now showing a payout date of August 18 for many sales. When I open the details of an order, I even see the message saying that the funds will be released 30 days after the parcel is delivered to the customer. I really do not understand why this change appeared overnight. I received no restriction notice, no request for documents, and no alert about my account. This situation is extremely difficult for my business, because it completely destroys my cash flow. I have to pay my supplier well before I receive the funds from my sales, and with a 30-day delay after delivery, that becomes very hard to manage. Have any sellers already run into this problem?
